Overview

The Senior Research Executive in Customer Success will manage client service administration and coordinate analysis and reporting of research projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Market Research and Client Services.
  • Experience with consumer marketing and research techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint or Google Sheets & Slides.
  • Effective English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
