In Short

  • Provide performance overview and business issue analysis to clients.
  • Deliver insights and analytics with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Develop knowledge of NielsenIQ RMS and Panel solutions.
  • Collaborate with consulting leads to enhance customer experience.
  • Consult clients on optimizing NielsenIQ Essentials usage.
  • Create business solutions for client performance tracking.
  • Build partnerships with FMCG clients for better understanding of needs.
  • Analyze data to create compelling insights that drive business growth.
  • Be part of a team specializing in FMCG/Retail client services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or relevant experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, analytics, or market research.
  • Knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Familiarity with research techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
