Overview

The Senior Executive, Route to Market Customer Success role focuses on providing sophisticated research solutions to clients in the APAC region, enhancing their understanding and usage of NielsenIQ products.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end projects with a client-facing approach.
  • Build insights and present findings to clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business questions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely project completion.
  • Understand and utilize Route to Market products effectively.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Ability to derive insights from data.
  • Manage expectations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with NielsenIQ databases is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in insights and client-facing roles.
  • Strong ability to interpret data for insights.
  • Maturity in client communication and engagement.
  • Experience in project management and quality delivery.
  • Familiarity with research products.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work with NielsenIQ databases is preferred.
