The Sales Lead for NIQ Product Insights in Western Europe will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and account management.

  • Lead the Western Europe sales team to meet revenue targets.

  • Maintain relationships with over 100 customers.
  • Manage multiple projects and prospects simultaneously.
  • Become proficient in NIQ solutions and tools.
  • Participate in team projects and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in business development.
  • 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, or Retail.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking.
  • Experience selling to senior-level executives.
  • Strong strategic prospecting skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM for managing sales opportunities.
