Sales Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

Looking for an organized, detailed-oriented individual to assist VP of Financial Operations with contract management and financial planning responsibilities.

In Short

• Assist with order entry for invoicing of clients through company CRM.
• Allocate revenue based on contracts.
• Manage invoice instructions and coordinate with the AR team.
• Generate reports using CRM, SAP, and PowerBI.
• Update contract entitlement systems.
• Assist with financial planning and analysis.
• Maintain reports for contract renewals and financial revenue.
• Serve as backup for contract execution.
• Work independently and manage financial terms in legal agreements.
• Collaborate with third-party delivery systems.

Requirements

• Accounting and finance experience.
• Basic understanding of financial terms.
• Experience with sales tax related to client billings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to work independently.
• SAP experience is a plus.
