• Partner with Sales leadership to maximize ROI from GTM investments.
• Lead sales capacity planning and revenue conversion forecasting.
• Develop data-driven initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Deliver analysis and recommendations to Executive Leadership.
• Work on cross-functional alignment with various departments.
• Provide analytical support for sales programs and objectives.
• Prepare management presentations for Leadership.
• Monitor sales and margin data for trends and insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other departments for alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or related fields.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Looker and Salesforce is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with senior level executives.
• Creative curiosity and collaborative ethic.
• Strong multi-tasking and self-starting abilities.
