Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Packaging vertical at NielsenIQ, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Support the Packaging Team with client deliveries and insights.
  • Lead expertise in NielsenIQ’s solutions for the Packaging vertical.
  • Showcase NIQ’s value proposition through presentations and thought leadership.
  • Integrate client insights and industry trends into conversations.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with sales leads and product leadership on data applications.
  • Perform regular reporting tasks and maintain client communications.
  • Manage client relationships with clear communication.
  • Support project-based outputs including research and reporting.
  • Assist in generating sales consistent with growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong awareness of market conditions and client environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to leverage data for actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
  • Experience in remote/hybrid work environments.
  • Team player with initiative and accountability.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools is a plus.
