Overview

The Customer Success Leader will oversee the Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area across Western Europe, ensuring high operational efficiency and client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Lead Customer Success initiatives for Brand Health and Brand Tracking.
  • Manage P&L and operational efficiency for the practice area.
  • Drive client satisfaction and support revenue growth through repeat sales.
  • Coordinate cross-training programs for delivery excellence.
  • Represent Customer Success in key client meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of best delivery practices.
  • Foster employee engagement and retention.
  • Support industry and thought leadership efforts.
  • Monitor project profitability and budget management.
  • Drive organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Analytics Consultancy/Market Research leadership.
  • Expertise in Brand & Media Solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with large data sets for insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in driving organizational transformation is a plus.
