Overview

This role involves acting as a product expert and enabling customer success for NIQ Activate, a Retailer Suite solution. You will collaborate with customer success managers to provide value to customers, demonstrate best practices, and consult on product-related topics.

In Short

  • Be a product expert and advisor for customer success managers and clients.
  • Share product knowledge through workshops and presentations.
  • Collaborate with product management to create educational materials.
  • Lead the onboarding of new retailers and connect business with tech.
  • Work with tech support to resolve product issues.
  • Educate customers to maximize product usage.
  • Collect and prioritize product change requests.
  • Represent customer success in product meetings.
  • Measure value and create success stories.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with customer success managers.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with enterprise customers and consultancy roles.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical skills and experience with data analytics.
  • Experience in retail and FMCG market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and digital advertising is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
