Overview

As a Customer Success Expert at Vasco, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals and grow sustainably. You will lead the implementation of tailored RevOps solutions, assisting clients in understanding and optimizing their revenue architecture.

In Short

  • Lead the entire implementation journey for Vasco's clients from integration to post-deployment success.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and act as a strategic partner.
  • Customize HubSpot and Vasco tools to meet each client's unique challenges.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, user-friendly revenue systems.
  • Provide impactful RevOps consulting based on industry best practices.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure high-quality execution at every stage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and continuously improve our offering.

Requirements

  • Strategic expertise in RevOps and GTM, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS metrics and GTM funnels.
  • Strong project management skills, leading multiple implementations without compromising quality.
  • Solid communication skills to inspire client trust and align stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, always seeking patterns and insights.
