Overview

SimpliRoute is a logistics intelligence platform that helps companies reduce costs and improve customer experience by providing real-time information for deliveries. We are looking for a Customer Expert to manage customer relationships and ensure the successful achievement of their goals.

In Short

  • Manage customer journeys and relationships for long-term success.
  • Conduct onboarding and maximize tool usage through training and retention strategies.
  • Identify and document customer operations and business models.
  • Configure the platform according to customer needs.
  • Generate continuous engagement with clients to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate internal tasks related to customer needs.
  • Track KPIs to provide effective solutions to clients.
  • Support KAM in upselling projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding Specialist, or Project Management.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B companies (mandatory).
  • Experience with Salesforce (mandatory), Intercom (not mandatory).
  • Knowledge in client portfolio management.
  • Experience in logistics (mandatory).
