Cash Manager - Remote

Overview

The Cash Manager is responsible for overseeing global cash management operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance treasury efficiency.

In Short

• Oversee daily cash positioning and funding across multiple entities and currencies.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Manage intercompany funding and optimize working capital.
• Lead bank account administration and negotiate banking terms.
• Ensure timely execution of payments and funding activities.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.
• Monitor FX and interest rate risks and support hedging strategies.
• Prepare and present cash management reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with finance teams on liquidity planning and month-end reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury or cash management.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and banking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with TMS and ERP platforms.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
