Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our executive recruiting team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

In Short

  • Support the recruiting team with interview scheduling.
  • Manage executive calendars with limited availability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Execute end-to-end scheduling for interviews and events.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Recruiters and stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism and tact.
  • Perform various administrative duties supporting recruiting.
  • Manage multiple calendars for panel interviews.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a process-heavy environment.
  • Able to schedule across multiple time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 2+ years of project management or scheduling experience.
  • Experience with administrative office tools.
  • Organizing and managing workload effectively.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technology savvy.
