Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solution Engineer is the primary technical resource for the field sales force, responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process up to point-of-sale. The Solution Engineer engages externally with client decision-makers and internally in tight collaboration with other Solution Engineers, Solution Sales Executives, Account Executives and Product Management.

• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Interact with Product Management to fulfill customer needs.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of WFM principals.
• Experience using WFM software (NICE WFM a plus).
• Ability to manipulate data using Microsoft tools like Excel.
• Understanding of relational databases like MSSQL and Oracle.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong technical aptitude.
• Collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Self-sufficient and confident.
• Experience in selling enterprise level software is a plus.
