Senior Client Services Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that major corporate IT initiatives are organized, structured, defined and delivered within specified time frames. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with departmental collaboration and communication.

• Direct and manage project development and delivery from beginning to end
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives
• Develop project plans, diagrams, and communications documents
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Negotiate for the allocation of required staff
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field required
• 6+ years experience in project management or relevant occupation
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), call recording, or telephony industry
• Strong project management skills in planning and coordination
• Good understanding of principles and techniques for managing project workload
• Financial and budget competencies
