Overview

The Professional Services Engineer is a customer-facing, billable role responsible for delivering specialized expertise and solutions for NICE products and services, including implementing, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven applications for enterprise contact centers.

In Short

  • Configure, program, and develop NICE CXone solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of AI and bot applications.
  • Optimize and maintain multiple AI bots.
  • Implement AI-driven services such as knowledge assistant engines.
  • Collaborate with project managers for project rollouts.
  • Manage system lifecycle development and change control processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during client consultations.
  • Conduct business analysis to assess user needs.
  • Mentor and lead project teams.
  • Develop documentation for emerging digital products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot software applications preferred.
  • Proven expertise in technical configuration and programming of AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models and NLU techniques.
  • Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Professional communication and demeanor.
