The Customer Service Automation Sales Engineer at NICE will contribute to the presale function success by enabling customers to create solutions that address their business challenges, focusing on AI-driven solutions.

  • Lead discovery calls to identify opportunities for NICE solutions.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs creatively.
  • Build internal relationships to promote Customer Service Automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technology field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of technical experience in solutions engineering or sales architecture.
  • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
  • 5+ years of contact center experience.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of chatbot and automation solutions.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications and APIs.
  • Understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
