Overview

The NFON AG stands for modern, cloud-based business communication 'Made in Germany'. With our platform, botario, we offer highly flexible voice and chatbot solutions based on the latest AI technologies, helping companies to efficiently and automatically manage their customer communication – fully compliant with GDPR and hosted in German data centers.

To strengthen our AI Sales Team, we are looking for a sales-oriented personality with solid industry experience in the SaaS environment – ideally with a background in telecommunications and a passion for AI-driven automation solutions starting from January 1, 2026.

In Short

  • Identify, approach, and acquire enterprise customers with complex needs in digital communication and automation.
  • Actively acquire new system integrators and strategic partners to distribute our AI communication solutions, including building, developing, and maintaining partnerships with existing partners.
  • Consult at the decision-maker level, clearly positioning our AI platform as part of an overarching digital strategy.
  • Design individual solution scenarios together with PreSales and technical teams, based on use cases, customer requirements, and integration environments.
  • Conduct convincing live demos, pitch decks, and decision-maker presentations.
  • Support complex proposal processes (including RfPs).

Requirements

  • Proven sales success in the SaaS sector, ideally related to the telecommunications industry and/or AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes in the midmarket and enterprise segments.
  • Ability to convey technological concepts clearly and commercially.
  • Confident demeanor in dialogue with departments, purchasing, and management – both in person and digitally.
  • Fluent in German and excellent English skills (C1).
  • Structured, self-responsible working style with high result orientation and initiative.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide in Germany.
