Software Engineer (Telephony) - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineer Phone, you are responsible for the implementation of the telephony components of the botario platform, developing new features for the botario telephone module and supporting customer instances.

In Short

• Support the further development of telephony systems using cloud services and Asterisk.
• Develop connections to customer environments as required.
• Manage ongoing operations of customer systems in second level support.

Requirements

• University degree or comparable education.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in multi-threading and parallel computing.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with experience in agile methods.
• Independent working style and passion for AI.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
