Requirements

  • Mindset that challenges the status quo.

  • 2+ years as an L1 or L2 IT support technician.
  • 2+ years in IT support coordination or leadership roles.

  • Strong communicator with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
