The Voice of the Customer Specialist will build and manage the VoC program, translating customer insights into actionable business strategies and enhancing overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Voice of the Customer, Customer Experience, or Data Analytics.
  • Experience with customer feedback tools (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics).
  • Proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a passion for customer advocacy.
  • Understanding of customer experience best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
