Overview

The Sales Engineer is responsible for fostering sales growth by equipping the sales team with product knowledge and training. This role involves creating and executing training plans, delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with various internal teams.

In Short

  • Create and execute a sales training plan for the sales team.
  • Deliver personalized technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Implement processes and training materials in collaboration with Marketing and Product Management.
  • Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding training program for new sales hires.
  • Ensure accurate product demonstrations by sales team members.
  • Represent the platform at events and trade shows.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to drive action.
  • Monitor and update training programs to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in creating a certification process for product use.
  • Incorporate salesforce.com training into sales programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in product training or implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal resources.
  • Excellent technical product skills for clear communication.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency using Nextech products preferred.
