Onsite Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for conducting implementation activity including executing on the standard implementation methodology across Nextech’s suite of solutions, focusing on client training, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams.

In Short

• Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events.
• Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis.
• Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on software applications.
• Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement post-go-live.
• Partner with internal teams for successful implementation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Perform administrative tasks to update stakeholders on implementation progress.
• 5% long-distance travel may be required.
• Primarily a remote position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, specifically software implementation.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
