Onsite Implementation Specialist - Practice + - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in conducting implementation activities and executing Nextech’s standard implementation methodology across its suite of solutions, focusing on client training, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization.

In Short

• Conduct client training in preparation for Go-Live events.
• Complete practice assessments and workflow analysis.
• Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on software applications.
• Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement post-go-live.
• Partner with internal teams for successful implementation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Work in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, specifically software implementation.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of medical specialties preferred.
• Familiarity with medical clinic workflows.
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI regulations.
• Background in insurance billing is a plus.
