Remote Implementation Specialist - Plastics/Derm

Overview

The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in conducting implementation activities and executing Nextech’s standard implementation methodology across its suite of solutions, including client training and issue resolution.

In Short

• Conduct client training for Go-Live events.
• Perform practice assessments and workflow analysis.
• Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on software applications.
• Resolve client issues during implementation and go-live.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement post-go-live.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Complete administrative tasks to update stakeholders.
• 5% travel required to customer locations.
• Work primarily in a remote environment.
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT software implementation.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Proven creative problem-solving abilities.
