The Healthcare Software Support Representative is responsible for providing frontline support for Nextech software applications, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
