  • We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) eager to break into executive search.
  • This role focuses on new client development and evolves into managing clients and candidates.
  • Identify, research, and prospect new client opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Learn the executive search process from end to end.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
  • Gradually take on candidate sourcing and placement responsibilities.
  • Work toward managing a full recruitment desk.
