  • Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Guide customers through our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to aid in continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge and strengthen service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta.
