Portfolio Services Manager - Remote

Overview

Nexamp is seeking a Portfolio Services Manager tasked with management of technical due-diligence reviews of Nexamp solar and storage distributed generation projects throughout the U.S. in support of project financing. This role involves coordination of design reviews, energy assessments, site visits, construction monitoring, commissioning tests, and performance analysis of operating plants.

• Manage due-diligence processes for project financing.

• Facilitate the exchange of project information for due-diligence reviews.
• Support management in developing a portfolio pipeline.

• Work in a hybrid environment, reporting to the Director, Renewable Portfolio Services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Independent engineering experience with a focus on due diligence.
• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in solar PV design, construction, or testing preferred.
• Strong commitment to solving climate issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive in improving processes and services.
• Ability to analyze data and present solutions.
• Expertise in building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and apply knowledge effectively.
