Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in email or ticket support.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a requirement.
  • Very good knowledge of Shopify is a requirement.
  • Communicative, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Technically savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
  • High willingness to learn and interest in professional and strategic development.
  • Reliable, independent, and structured work style.
  • Work permit for Turkey is required.
  • Computer or laptop available (at least for the first 2 months).
