Overview

Newstel is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Agents who will provide excellent support to our customers through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and phone.
  • Process tickets using Gorgias.
  • Assist with order processes, returns, supplier management, and daily operations.
  • Work with Shopify and basic E Commerce processes.
  • Provide customer feedback for process optimization.
  • Collaborate digitally via Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 CET.
  • Work fully remote from home.

Requirements

  • Fluent and accent-free German.
  • Professional communication skills in spoken and written German.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias and Shopify.
  • Basic understanding of E Commerce processes.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Technical affinity and routine with digital systems.
  • Understanding of common Customer Service KPIs.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented communication style.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently with multiple tools.
