Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Very strong written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for mobile games and tech-related topics
• Hands-on, independent, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a consumer-facing role
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems preferred
• Flexible working hours, including weekends
