Overview

We are looking for experienced customer service representatives to strengthen our multilingual team supporting an important global campaign in a performance-oriented, customer-focused environment.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email from initial contact to final resolution.
  • Provide high-quality customer support across multiple channels.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Manage complaints and escalations effectively.
  • Support various customer issues including account topics, orders, payments, and technical questions.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and communicate actively.
  • Identify recurring issues and improvement potentials.
  • Continuously learn about products and processes.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken, C2 level required).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently through various channels.
  • High empathy and ability to build customer relationships.
  • Proficient with CRM/Contact Center tools and MS Office/Google Workspace/Slack.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good understanding of excellent customer service and quality standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
