Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Support Specialist with exceptional English communication skills, proven call center expertise, and a strong sense of integrity. This is a fully remote role that requires a self-motivated, reliable individual who consistently demonstrates proactive behavior, empathy, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

In Short

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Provide support with account management, technical troubleshooting, order processing, and other service-related tasks based on account assignment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment with a consistent attendance record.
  • Exceptional English communication skills — both written and verbal — with strong grammar and clarity.
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills, with the ability to understand and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Proven ability to work towards defined performance KPIs and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in a remote work setting.
  • Technologically proficient; able to navigate multiple systems and tools with ease.
  • Educational background: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, Vocational/Associate Degree, or College Graduate.
