Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will support aggressive growth by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads to build a pipeline for Sales Representatives.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and sales process training.
• Knowledge of sales platforms like Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for buyer challenges.
• Able to establish clear value propositions connecting needs to products.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with creativity in execution.

Benefits

• Base salary of $55,000.
• On-target commission of $25,000.
• On-target earnings of $80,000.
