Requirements

• 3+ years of K-12 teaching experience, with at least 5 years in education.
• Experience in developing and leading professional learning.

• Comfortable adapting approaches based on customer needs.
• A data-driven decision-maker with pedagogical knowledge.
• Creative thinker to enhance educator engagement.
• Master's degree in education is a plus.
