• Lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions across various product lines.
• Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client’s business problems.
• Write and estimate Stories, monitor engineers’ work.
• Conduct demos and facilitate knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to address scope creep.
• Draft and publish technical documentation.
• Facilitate customer workshops to capture requirements.
• Research industry trends for product enhancements.
• Provide engineers with architectural blueprints for implementations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in application development.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Experience.
• Experience with CSM, FSM, FSO product areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the CSM data model.
• Familiarity with relevant integration technologies.
• Proficiency with documentation software.
• Ability to lead development and delivery of solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
