To strengthen our team, newbetech solutions GmbH is looking for an Employee (m/f/d) for customer acquisition and support in home office, part-time.

In Short

  • You will be responsible for the telephone acquisition of new customers in the B2B sector and contribute to expanding our customer base.
  • You will present our products and services professionally and convincingly highlight their added value.
  • You will develop the telephone contact with a lead and hand over potential customers to the sales team for further processing.
  • You will take care of and develop our existing customers and conduct regular satisfaction surveys.
  • You will document and maintain your activities in our database.
  • In your role, you will be an active and important part of our sales and marketing team.

Requirements

  • You ideally have professional experience in customer acquisition or as a salesperson, but career changers are welcome.
  • You have the willingness and ability to familiarize yourself with new processes and technical systems.
  • You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
  • You possess strong communication skills and present yourself openly, sympathetically, and convincingly on the phone.
  • You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
