Your opportunity New Relic is on the lookout for a seasoned Finance Process Improvement Specialist to spearhead transformative initiatives within our Finance function. This role is pivotal in modernizing our financial processes through the integration of cutting-edge practices, advanced technology, and comprehensive data financial data model. As an integral part of our Digital Transformation team, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our financial operations and leading the establishment of an enterprise-wide Process Improvement Center of Excellence (PI CoE).

In Short

• Lead comprehensive process analysis across all Finance functions.
• Perform detailed assessment and development of prioritized improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable, automated solutions that enhance process efficiency.
• Establish and maintain a robust process decomposition framework.
• Direct the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Establish and lead the Center of Excellence for RPA.
• Collaborate with process delivery owners for ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance operations.
• Demonstrated success in transforming financial processes.
• Track record in ERP implementations and Finance systems optimization.
• Advanced Business Analysis skills.
• Proficiency in business case development and ROI analysis.
• Experience in data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
