Seasonal Legal Assistant - Remote

Overview

This is a 6 month seasonal role with the opportunity to join as a Legal Assistant based on performance. Training will be provided for the Legal Assistant role.

Requirements

• 3+ years in family-based immigration law or legal writing
• Background as paralegal, law clerk, or licensed attorney
• Exceptional legal writing skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and AI-assisted drafting tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for sensitive interviews
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Some customer support experience
