You will be responsible for a variety of exciting B2B accounts in the home construction sector and support your customers in selling houses more successfully with a market-leading product, a motivated team, and huge potential.

  • You are the first point of contact for our existing customers and their construction consultants, assisting with all inquiries regarding our digital B2B products.
  • You take over our new customers from day one of their partnership and support them throughout the entire collaboration—from onboarding to achieving maximum success with our product.
  • You maintain contact with our existing customers by regularly checking their success and satisfaction with our product and proactively addressing any difficulties.
  • You negotiate contract extensions and upselling opportunities, ensuring customer retention even if they wish to cancel their contract.
