Overview

As an Account Manager at CXT Software, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts in the SaaS and event management technology space, contributing to revenue growth and client relationship management.

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role.
  • Background in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
  • Sales experience with a focus on account growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
