Requirements

• 3+ years project experience in a hands-on position.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in development or configuration.
• Understanding of Customer Service and Contact Center Operations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
• Experience building Custom Applications and Lightning Experience.
• Understanding of Release Management and Development Lifecycle.
• Client facing experience in project management and solution delivery.
