Overview

As a Solution Architect focused on digital experience, you will be responsible for building compelling interactive experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients.

In Short

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud
• Provide input on detailed design specifications and project plans
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI driven platforms
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value through storytelling
