In Short

• Work closely with the Director, Digital Customer Experience to develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of high impact, high visibility business systems.
• Collaborate with business systems analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Monitor for reoccurring issues and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
• Develop standards for documentation of system architecture and processes.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks for business solutions.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and penetration testing.
• Provide training and support to internal users.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a hands-on solutions architect or development role.
• At least 2 years experience in Salesforce development.
• Knowledge of relational database theory and able to query using SQL.
• Understanding of APIs and API design patterns.
• Ability to coach business systems analysts and developers.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Experience with report building tools like Sigma, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
• Experience with Git or Github.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
