Overview

As an AWS Solution Architect at NeuraFlash, you will ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions, facilitating technology assessments, and leading discovery for customers while leveraging AWS services and best practices.

In Short

• Ensure customer success in Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments for CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Educate customers on the value of AWS and cloud solutions.
• Lead customer discovery and ROI project building.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center designs.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams for project delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive best practices in contact center design.
• Manage project and customer communications effectively.

Requirements

• Customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center integrations.
• Knowledge of communications protocols and APIs (WebRTC, SIP).
• Hands-on scripting/coding experience (Python, Java, C#, Node.js).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation and AWS services.
• Contact center architecture knowledge.
• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, Solution Architect).
• Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Service Cloud.
• Experience in technology/software sales or consulting.
