Overview

The Program Manager for Learning and Development at Netflix will lead initiatives to enhance the training and development of customer service agents across the EMEA region, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing learning solutions.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in content management is a plus.
• Experience with innovative training tools is a plus.
• Experience in cross-cultural environments is a plus.
