Producer, Games Live Ops - Remote

Overview

This role focuses on managing Live Games production, including planning, coordination, and execution of content updates and overall development plans.

• Manage Live Service Production with internal and external partners.
• Create project and milestone schedules.
• Collaborate with QA & Release Ops teams.
• Identify and lead game initiatives.
• Review and track project milestones for quality delivery.
• Maintain strong partnerships with external partners.
• Identify risks and remove roadblocks.
• Drive improvements to Live Games KPI data.
• Experience with bug tracking software like JIRA.
• Passion for video games and player experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Live Service production experience.
• 4+ years in game production with live services experience.
• Understanding of Live Games KPI data.
• Experience overseeing the full lifecycle of game development.
• Ability to influence direction without positional authority.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple games/products simultaneously.
• Experience with analytics dashboards and project management software.
