Overview

Netflix is seeking an Account Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing Netflix Ads team, responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to Netflix Sales Partner(s).

In Short

  • Partner with aligned Sales Partners to understand client goals and objectives.
  • Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners.
  • Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses.
  • Host campaign kick-off meetings and gather campaign launch assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on custom creative assets.
  • Oversee delivery performance of Ad Campaigns.
  • Provide clients with necessary campaign performance reports.
  • Navigate campaign escalations and contribute to long-term solutions.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of ad products and policies.
  • Contribute to monthly billing & invoicing process with clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning.
  • Experience in Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers).
  • Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors.
