Overview

The UCAN Payroll Specialist at Netflix is responsible for supporting payroll operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while interacting with the Global Payroll team.

• Assist in preparation and processing of multi-state payrolls.
• Ensure accurate payroll including taxes and benefits.
• Process employee expense reimbursements via Workday.
• Review and verify employee timecards.
• Provide first-line support for payroll-related inquiries.
• Support audit tasks for tax and finance teams.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll regulations in the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with payroll operations and tax regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a diverse environment.
